Dolphin Identification System/Observation Deck

For 2023 we plan to develop a new system for the identification of our dolphins. This will be based on a new Photo ID catalogue that will incorporate hi resolution dorsal fin images and  a description of the animal and its location ranging. In addition we wish to couple this with hydrophone recordings.  This will be proposed as part of a project to develop a dedicated Observation Deck at the south end of Newbiggin Bay in conjunction with Newbiggin Development Trust and Newcastle University.
